Book Discussion Group meets fourth Wednesday of the month September through June at 7:00 p.m. at the library.
The Young Readers Library Committee holds two book fairs a year to raise money for special materials for the children's room. They have provided books on tape and CD, an area rug, paid for special entertainers and author's visits, and supported the summer reading program. If you are interested in joining this group, call the library.
On the third Saturday in August, an annual book sale is held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Available are thousands of books, periodicals, videos, audio cassettes, and puzzles. There is also a large bake sale and raffle.
